PCF presented an exciting opportunity where the business owner was taking orders in a spreadsheet and manually processing them. This meant it was a slow, inefficient process creating a bottleneck for business production.

Paper forms were being used to capture and store safety information, making it hard to analyse and make informed decisions on safety data. Here we digitised forms into a fit-for-purpose elegant safety platform where Field Operators can easily share hazards with their supervisors. Saving the business $180K+ per site, per year.

Here we mapped a complex web of unmonitored activity between a dynamic set of variables including projects, companies, activities, field operators and supervisors. We made this process simple for the user while taking care of all of the complexity in the back ground. This prototype design put a lense over millions of dollars of spend to enable management to identify savings opportunities.
PING MELBOURNE
Trust of food reviews is at an all time low and Ping is here to fix it. A first of it’s kind ‘curator-based’ restaurant and cafe recommendations platform. Users get premium recommendations and food influencers get an exclusive platform to show off their knowledge.
